Our Final Rugby Ready Session

Today was our third, and final, rugby ready session.  We spent time working on how to tackle.  This included wrestling others to the ground.  We learnt about being strong in the core and head position when we tackle.  It is really important to go 'cheek to cheek'.  Here are some photo's of us enjoying today's session.
