In the morning many of the pupils from Room 7 helped to set up the course. They had to draw lots of arrows to show the way. Then some pupils had to take junior classes around the course.
In the afternoon all the students got their bikes and scooters and moved them to the transition area. Then they moved to the gym to wait for their race. In the gym there was music to sing to and some jump jam songs as well.
It was great to see everyone doing their personal best when competing. Those people without bikes or scooters just ran a shorter course.
Room 7 has some great results. The people who got first place got a big certificate and everyone else who took part got a participation one.
