Last Thursday we had our first session of Rugby Ready. This is a programme run by the CRFU to help us develop skills before the rugby season starts.
Two girls from Broadfields School, Poppy and Talula, had been getting donations of boots, mouthguards and weetbix for the people who needed them. These were given out before the first session.
During the session we had 3 coaches. They were Andy, Kayleigh and Blair. We did a lot of work on passing and having our hands ready. We then played a game of touch at the end.
It is a great, fun way to improve our skills.
